I find it both somewhat refreshing and confounding to think that becoming happy is a worthwhile goal.<\/p>\n<p>But what are the actions and habits that will actually make us happy, as opposed to what we think will make us happy? If we find ourselves wanting to achieve a deep and meaningful goal on our way to happiness, how can our small acts ignite infectious action, and ultimately impact.
