Happiness dominates a lot of discussions today. I find it both somewhat refreshing and confounding to think that becoming happy is a worthwhile goal.
But what are the actions and habits that will actually make us happy, as opposed to what we think will make us happy? If we find ourselves wanting to achieve a deep and meaningful goal on our way to happiness, how can our small acts ignite infectious action, and ultimately impact. And how can such effects be fueled by social media?
